Welcome to Blaze Inventory ("Blaze," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Cj Song in the United Kingdom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our stock inventory web application, features, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using Blaze, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, partnership, café, restaurant, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Blaze is a lightweight stock inventory software-as-a-service (SaaS) application designed for small restaurants, cafés, and businesses to track inventory, perform stock counts, and draft orders.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  1. Business Use Only: Blaze is a B2B service. You represent and warrant that you are using the Service solely for commercial, business, or professional purposes. Consumer protection laws (such as the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015) do not apply to business-to-business transactions.
  2. Account Security: You must register for an account to use Blaze. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

  1. Pricing: Fees for Blaze are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) as specified on our website.
  2. Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. You agree to provide valid payment information.
  3. No Refunds: Except as required by law, all fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your billing cycle.
  4. Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees upon 30 days' notice.

4. Data and Intellectual Property

  1. Your Data: You retain all rights to the data, invoice images, stock counts, and café operational details you input or upload into the Service ("User Data"). You grant Blaze a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and process your User Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
  2. Our Intellectual Property: All software, interfaces, templates, branding, logos, and materials provided by Blaze are the intellectual property of Blaze and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our software.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload any malicious code, virus, or malware.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, our servers, or related systems.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Service without authorization.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. As-Is Basis: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stock calculations and order drafts will always be 100% accurate. You must verify all calculations and order drafts before submitting orders to suppliers.
  2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Blaze and Cj Song shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by you to Blaze in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for non-payment or breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.

9. Changes to Terms
